If you are searching for information on an order you've placed, this is the right page.
First, you must know that you may have followed a link from our site to another website but you did not order anything here. We don't sell anything, only refer to other sites that do.
Therefore, you'll need to know who you placed the order with. If you don't remember, look for the drug name in the index to the right. You may want to open a new page so you can keep this one for reference. To open a new page to search from Click here.
Find the drug with the newly opened page either by using the index or the search bar near the top. When you find the right drug, look at the listings of pharmacies on that page. If none of the names are familiar, click on the "Click here" link as if you were going to order. That will take you to that pharmacy website.
You should be able to find the pharmacy from there. Most of the pharmacies we list have an Order Status link on their website from most any page. You can click that link and follow the instructions.
If you know who the pharmacy is and you have not received an email confirmation or receipt from them after you've ordered, it is very possible that either your email provider, (especially earthlink.com, aol.com, hotmail.com and others) are blocking the message as spam.
I cannot tell you how many times customers like you have written with a question and when we send an answer, we get a message back from their email provider that our message has been blocked.
To avoid this, you will need to review your spam folder for the message you're looking for. If you don't have one, then you'll need to add the website domain to your "approved" list so that their mail can get through.
What is a website domain? Here is an example: Our newsletter comes from the URL www.opd247.com. The Domain is everything to the right of the www.. So the Domain in this example would be opd247.com. You can tell your mail provider to allow all email from the domain opd247.com so they know not to block it.
Mail providers now will block any email with keywords like pharmacy, drug, medication, prescription as well as drug names like Vicodin, Phentermine, Viagra and many others. If they see those or other words in an email, the software automatically will block it, figuring it is spam unless you tell it otherwise.
If you know who the pharmacy is but they won't reply to you and you know that they aren't being filtered, let us know. We will help. If you don't hear from us within 24hrs, then we are not getting thru your mail filters. We will Always reply to you in 24hrs or less, not counting weekends. If that is the case, make sure you allow email to come from opd247.com as well as discounts24-7.com which are both ours. For a how to tutorial for aol.com users, click here.
